"Little Rowdy" is nothing like his name implies...he is a very sweet and gentle horse.  He loves attention and wants to please.  He would make a wonderful cart horse or a nice horse for children to ride.  He is a very sturdy miniature that would have no problem carrying a child on his back.  I would like this little guy to go to a family with children.
