Mares with foals will be bred back after May 1, 2007. If you want a mare left open to bred to the stallion of your choice then make sure to get with us either before a mare foals or before May 1.

If you see a horse that you like, we’ll be happy to entertain a reasonable offer. If you are interested in more than one, we can work with you even more on the pricing. Lil Promises will provide coggins and health papers on every horse sold, that is priced at $1500 or over, with the buyer being responsible for cost of health and coggins on those sold for less than $1500. All shipping arrangements and costs on all horses sold, is the responsibility of the buyer. Prices are subject to change without notice.

This mare is long and elegant. Her conformation is outstanding. Angel is extremely friendly and easy to get along with. She is great about having her hooves trimmed and being handled in any way. Angel is a great broodmare and she loves being a mom. She is so sensible about folks handling her babies. Her 2005 filly, MTC Taboo, took third place in the “R” Nationals. She’s an awesome mover, awesome mom, friendly, gentle, great about loading, hooves and everything. She sets extremely correct on her legs and her bite is perfect. She also passes that great trot and her winning personality on to her foals. We did the grunt work and got her hardshipped into AMHA. Exposed to Bowie for an '08 foal. $2500

We call this mare Lilly. She’s a beautiful honey colored palomino pinto. We hardshipped her into AMHR so she’d be double registered. With the kind of foals she throws she was certainly worth the expense. She foals and conceives easily and is great about letting people handle her babies. She gave us a gorgeous chestnut pinto filly this spring and this little girl has a head to die for! Lilly passes on to her foals her large kind eye, nice level topline and long slender neck. Lilly did it again. She produced another knockout foal! His name is Commander and you can see him on our foals page, along with her chestnut filly from 06, Noel. This mare has been bred to Bowie for 08 and with Bowie’s propensity for throwing pinto fillies we’re hoping for a homozygous girl! Fingers crossed! $3000
