His dam, Busby’s Misty, died just 30 hours after his birth. She saw to it that little Jerry got everything he needed from her in order to go on living. We took our wise older mare, Cheyenne, and got her to adopt him over the last two and half weeks. Cheyenne is teaching him all about being a horse. They are doing great! Of course, Jerry thinks people are the greatest thing since crimped oats! He loves everyone and doesn’t know a stranger exists. Jerry is tiny and refined with a long slender neck, level topline and a perfect bite. 7/28/06Lil Bit is about as nice a foal as a person could ask for. I really believe she’s the best we’ve had all year. She is so tiny and refined from the tip of her itty bitty ears all the way back to her perfect tail set and down those long slender legs of hers. She has a huge dish in her dainty little head and a lovely long arching neck. Her topline is as flat and level as a person could hope for. If we were staying in horses, this little girl would sure be a keeper! She is shedding off a grey roan color on her face and body, but she has a black mane and tail with black coronet bands. SOLD!
