"Nino", as he was affectionately known,
was born in 1988 and died on December 25, 1999, due to complications of colic
surgery.
His accomplishments were many,
including AMHA Top Ten Honor Roll in Amateur single Pleasure Driving with John Morlang,
and AMHA Register of Merit Amateur Single Pleasure Driving. He also had many
Championships in Halter.
"Nino" was loved dearly by us, and we
enjoyed the time we shared together. He was a wonderful horse that LOVED to give kisses
and hugs, by hanging his head over your shoulder, and that in itself, always seemed to be
enough to brighten an otherwise cloudy day!
"Nino" had spent his last 6 months living
in Reno, NV, with a young girl named Caitlin McLennan who loved him very much.
I am sure that she loved and misses him as much as we do, and will have many great
memories of him to cherish forever.
